CHECK-IN
• Standard hours: From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-in is by appointment only, as we do not operate a 24-hour front desk.
• Late check-in: A €25 surcharge applies for in-person check-in after 7:00 PM. No extra charge applies for self check-in.
• Early check-in: Subject to room availability. Check-in before 10:30 AM incurs a surcharge equal to 25% of the daily rate.
• In-person check-in: Must be arranged at least two days prior to arrival. A valid ID and credit card are required.
• Self check-in: Guests must complete the online registration or provide ID details at least two days before arrival. This is the only option for late-night or holiday arrivals.
CHECK-OUT
• Check-out time: By 10:30 AM. Late departure without prior agreement may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
• Late check-out: Subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Departures after 12:30 PM incur a surcharge equal to 25% of the daily rate.
• Express check-out: If no staff is present, guests may leave the key on the desk inside the room upon departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Free cancellation: Terms are defined at the time of booking and made available prior to booking confirmation.
• Cancellation fee: 50% of the total amount for cancellations after the free cancellation deadline. 100% for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or in case of no-show.
• Non-refundable rates: The total amount is due in all cases.
• Early departure: The full amount of the stay remains due.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Luggage storage: Self-service luggage storage is available at the entrance, with individual lockers. The service is subject to availability and limited to one locker per person.
• Housekeeping: Provided daily except Sundays. Towels are changed every two days; bed linen is changed weekly. Daily linen change is available upon request for a fee.
• Extra key: A €20 refundable deposit is required. The deposit is returned at check-out upon key return and may be retained in case of loss or improper use (e.g. leaving the key inserted to power the room when absent).
• Breakfast: Available at selected partner cafés, for an additional charge.
HOUSE RULES
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Pets: Not allowed, except for certified service animals.
• Quiet hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Guest conduct: Any behaviour that may disturb other guests or compromise the quiet enjoyment of the property is not permitted.
• Tourist tax: Payable in cash, as per local regulations. Further information is available upon request.
• Age restrictions: Minimum age is 6 years. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Room condition: An additional charge may apply in case of excessive dirt or damage, depending on the extent of cleaning required.
• Food policy: Guests are kindly asked to avoid consuming takeaway meals in rooms.
• Unregistered guests: Access to the property is permitted only to registered guests. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay and may be reported to the authorities.
• Recycling: Guests are kindly asked to follow waste separation guidelines. Additional charges may apply in case of improper disposal.
ACCESSIBILITY
• Architectural barriers: The building entrance includes eight steps and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
SERVICE HOURS
• Guest assistance: Remote support is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Emergency support is also available outside these hours.
