CHECK-IN
•  Standard hours: From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-in is by appointment only, as we do not operate a 24-hour front desk.
•  Late check-in: A €25 surcharge applies for in-person check-in after 7:00 PM. No extra charge applies for self check-in.
•  Early check-in: Subject to room availability. Check-in before 10:30 AM incurs a surcharge equal to 25% of the daily rate.
•  In-person check-in: Must be arranged at least two days prior to arrival. A valid ID and credit card are required.
•  Self check-in: Guests must submit photos of their IDs at least two days before arrival. This is the only option for late-night or holiday arrivals.

CHECK-OUT
•  Check-out time: By 10:30 AM. A late check-out without notice may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
•  Late check-out: Must be requested by the arrival date. Departures after 12:30 PM incur a surcharge of 25% of the daily rate.
•  Express check-out: If no staff is present, guests may leave the key on the desk inside the room upon departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
•  Cancellation fee: 50% of the total amount for cancellations after the free cancellation period. 100% for cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or in case of no-show.
•  Grace period: Free cancellation within 4 hours of booking.
•  Early departure: The full amount of the stay remains due.

BREAKFAST
•  Bar breakfast: Available for purchase at selected partner cafés.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
•  Luggage storage: Available upon request, for a fee, in a locker located within a monitored area. Minimum two days’ notice required.
•  Housekeeping: Provided daily except Sundays. Towels are changed every two days; bed linen is changed weekly. Daily linen change available for a fee.
•  Extra key: A €20 deposit is required in case of loss or improper use.
•  Airport transfer: Available upon request, for a fee, via private driver service (NCC).
•  Parking: Free street parking is available. Paid options are also available nearby.

HOUSE RULES
•  Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
•  Pets: Not allowed, except for certified service animals.
•  Quiet hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
•  Tourist tax: €1.50 per person, per night (ages 12–70), for up to five nights. Payable in cash.
•  Age restrictions: Minimum age: 6 years. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•  Room condition: An additional charge may apply if deep cleaning is required at check-out.
•  Takeaway food: Not allowed in rooms.
•  Unregistered guests: Strictly forbidden. Violations will be reported to the authorities and guests may be asked to leave.
•  Recycling: A surcharge may apply for improper waste disposal.

ACCESSIBILITY
•  Architectural barriers: Eight steps are present at the building entrance, which may be unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.

SERVICE HOURS
•  Guest assistance: Remote support is available on weekdays, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (except in case of emergency).
