CHECK-IN:
• Standard Hours: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. By appointment only, no 24-hour reception.
• Late: Additional fee for check-ins after 8:00 PM; no extra charge for automatic check-in.
• Early: Subject to room availability; if before 10:30 AM, incurs a fee of 25% of the daily rate.
• In-person: Strictly by appointment, to be arranged at least two days before arrival. Valid ID and credit card required.
• Automatic: Photo of ID required two days prior to arrival. Only option for night arrivals (after 10:00 PM) or on holidays.
CHECK-OUT:
• Deadline: 10:30 AM. Beyond this time, a penalty equal to one night's stay is applied.
• Late: Must be arranged before arrival. After 12:30 PM incurs a supplement of 25% of the daily rate.
• Express: In the absence of staff, leave the key on the desk in the room.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Fee: 50% of the stay cost if past the free cancellation deadline; 100% within 24 hours of arrival or in case of no-show.
• Grace Period: No penalty for cancellations made within 4 hours of booking.
• Early Departure: Full stay amount due regardless.
BREAKFAST:
• On-site: Charged separately, available in Italian and Continental styles, served in the kitchen from June 1st to September 30th.
• At the Bar: Charged separately, available in Standard, Full, and International varieties, year-round at partner locations.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
• Luggage Storage: Fee applies, in a video-surveilled area, available every day except Sunday. Two days' notice required.
• Cleaning: Performed daily except Sundays. Towel change every two days, linen change once a week. Guests are asked to keep rooms tidy.
• Extra Key: Available against a deposit fee for loss or improper use.
• Airport Transfer: Bookable for a fee, through a rental service with driver.
• Parking: Free on the street, paid in nearby garages.
HOUSE RULES:
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises.
• Pets: Not allowed, except for service animals.
• Nighttime Quiet Hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Tourist Tax: Payment in cash only.
• Age Limits: Approval required for guests under 6 years. Minors must always be accompanied by parents.
• Room Condition: Extra cleaning fee applies if extensive cleaning is needed at departure.
• Takeaway Meals: Eating meals in rooms is not allowed.
• Parties: Organizing parties or events is prohibited.
• Unregistered Guests: Offenders will be reported to the authorities and removed from the premises.
• Waste Separation: Supplement applies in case of improper waste disposal.
